A focus on whole foods and preventative healthcare is at the centre of my approach and provides the framework for your journey to wellness.

Every single cell in our bodies is made from the nutrients found in the foods we eat; therefore, the function of each cell in our bodies is dependent on those nutrients. As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist (CNP), I ensure those micronutrients are available via whole-food diet plans and targeted supplementation so that each client can reach their highest level of health. Your food should work for you!

To do so, I assess the distinctive physiology of each client—this often includes determining food sensitivities, detoxification, addressing internal imbalances, and environmental and lifestyle assessment. Curious about what superfoods can do for you? I also consider the newest nutritional breakthroughs and adapt them to each individual.

What is a Holistic Nutritionist?

For your own well-being, please keep in mind that Holistic Nutritionist is not a regulated term. For this reason it is best to ensure that the Holistic Nutritionist you are considering is certified and registered. The credentials CNP (Certified Nutritional Practitioner) indicate this and are important to look for. This designation shows that your practitioner has completed an extensive multi-disciplinary program at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, combining many hours of class work with hands-on instruction.
